My site is also a donation site specifically designed for college students and graduates who have incurred substantial student loan debt. It has two parts: 1) students/graduates can sign-up, set-up a PayPal account, blog, send and receive email, and promote themselves on other sites; 2) fundraising is the second part-- there is a general fund and once it reaches $5,000 a committee of three with choose a student to receive the $5,000.

While the site has been launched and all parts working, I have some updates to make with my web designer.

It is the only site dedicated to students/graduates and their student loan debt.

Thanks,
Kerry

Justgiving has a sister company in the US called Firstgiving. Also another important and rather exciting feature used by both companies is their ability to send/transfer money directly to the non-profit.

I actually think this Robinhood Fund makes a better site than Chip In (for first place). My reason...the democratic process in which the money gets distributed.

This list is great though cause it just goes to show you that there are good things happening with the global community. Not just a bunch of twits updating each other (twitter.com).
